If a project is delayed because we are waiting on your feedback for an extended period, it might affect the final delivery timeline.

Payments and Billing

We do not like hidden fees, and neither do you. All project costs, payment schedules, and profit-sharing models (for Amazon partnerships) are agreed upon upfront. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance tied to specific project milestones.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once a project is fully paid for, the final designs, code, and assets belong to you. We do reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials to highlight our expertise, unless we have signed a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.

Revisions and Changes

We want you to love the final product. Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, which we will define in your initial proposal. If you need major changes or completely new features after the scope is agreed upon, we will simply provide a new estimate for that extra work.

Limitation of Liability

We build high-quality digital products and run data-driven campaigns, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results or search engine rankings, as platforms like Google and Amazon change their algorithms constantly. Ezec Production is not liable for any indirect losses or damages related to the use of our services.

Stopping the Work

Either of us can cancel a project if things are not working out. If you decide to stop a project halfway, you will only be billed for the work our team has already completed up to that date.
