However, they needed a modern visual identity that matched the scale of their ambitions. Charity branding often relies heavily on guilt, but we wanted to build a brand based on hope and action. Our strategy was to center everything around their powerful core message: “People Live When People Give.” We mapped out the entire donor journey. From seeing a relief van in the city to opening the mobile app to make a quick donation, every single touchpoint had to feel secure, inspiring, and incredibly easy to use.
To attract large institutional donors and everyday volunteers, you have to look highly organized. We moved away from scattered, generic charity graphics. We focused on creating a unified, modern identity. The visual language needed to inspire unity and show that every dollar donated is handled with the utmost professional care. The tone had to be compassionate, uplifting, and clear.
We shifted the narrative from simply asking for funds to building a global community of givers. By giving them a polished, corporate-level identity, we positioned UMA Care Foundation as a highly reliable partner for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and individual donors alike.
We designed a unifying logo that symbolizes four people coming together to form a central star—representing community, support, and hope. For the color palette, we used Green for growth, Orange for warmth and empathy, Deep Red for passion, and Navy Blue for institutional trust. We took this vibrant identity to the streets, designing clean, impactful fleet wraps for their mobile relief vans to build immediate local awareness.
A non-profit’s digital presence is its most important fundraising tool. We designed a comprehensive mobile application focused on making the donation process completely frictionless. The UI/UX is clean, modern, and highly intuitive. Users can easily browse active campaigns (like Education or Food Assistance), track exactly where their money is going, and see real-time goals. By making the digital experience transparent and easy, we actively removed the barriers to giving.
When dealing with international donors and corporate sponsors, your paperwork needs to look flawless. We completely overhauled their offline administrative materials to match their new digital standard.
We designed official letterheads, custom donor envelopes, premium business cards for managing directors, and highly organized invoice/receipt templates for tax-deductible donations. This level of meticulous branding ensures that every time a sponsor interacts with UMA Care, they feel confident that their contributions are in capable, organized hands.
The new identity gave UMA Care Foundation the credibility they needed to scale their impact. By bridging the gap between a compassionate on-the-ground team and a highly professional digital presence, they instantly gained more trust from their community. The seamless mobile donation app makes fundraising highly effective, while their cohesive real-world branding continues to spread their message every single day.
